i admit it was my fault for backing out the deal. but to prove that i was sorry, i paid for all fees that were involved in the transaction. i didnt want to get a negative feedback on ebay so i requested that if i pay all the fees, he wouldnt give me a negative feedback. we were cool for about 2 weeks, then for some odd reason, he get all phsyco and talk smack on the forum. and to top it off, he accuses me of trying to send him a fake payment so he can ship out the exhaust before the check would clear. i emailed almost 2 days before the cashier's check arrive at his place. who the hell ships out a $500 product without waiting for the payment to clear?
